No detail overlooked, only 4 days to complete
Works to revamp this modestly proportioned porch comprised:
- Installing a new plasterboard ceiling, and skimming to a smooth finish
- Plastering all the walls, also skimmed to a perfect finish
- Installing a new 40mm floor screed
- Mist-coating with super-cover emulsion all new-plastered and existing surfaces, followed by two coats of matt emulsion for a seamless finish
- Installing Karndean Van Gogh luxury vinyl wood-effect flooring
Oh, and we even painted the electricity meter box. How’s that for attention to detail?
